How do I take it and how much is in it?

Each pouch contains 60 gummies. There are 2 gummies per serving.

Take two (2) gummies once a day with 12 oz of water. For skin and long-term vitality, you may take two (2) gummies twice per day. Do not exceed four gummies per day. Every body is a little different, so try it out to see what works best for you.
